The Dishes prepare in our kitchen are completely vegetarian, natural with the best ingredients. Harvested in our garden and in selected organic farms, the vegetables, wheat, rice, millets, cooking oil, spices, milk, and whatever product are purely fresh! This is a place where herbs and garnishes are home-grown at the centre's nursery, and delivered immediately by our gardeners to the kitchen door. We ensure that the food reaching your plate is nutritionally rich and healthy.
Our nature Kitchen and open dining room are waiting for you to have a perfect "slow food" experience. Our reputed "Chef de cuisine" has drawn inspiration from Bengal Bay indigenous recipes; he is offering a buffet of hot and cold seasonal dishes.

Fresh and healthy juices, as well as "sarbath" and fruit cocktails, are served in enjoying sea breezes.
Vishnu is the executive chef of "Green slow food". He works closely with the gardeners at Catamaran organic Farm, local growers, and other purveyors, as well as with Greens chefs, planning menus and overseeing a talented kitchen staff.
